I am writing to kindly inquire if participation certificates are being issued for the recent hackathon organized by your team. I had the privilege of taking part in the event and thoroughly valued the experience and learning opportunities it provided.

As part of my university requirements, I am required to submit records of my co-curricular involvement to earn activity points. Hence, I would be truly grateful if a participation certificate could be issued in my name for official documentation.
